No need to buy new equipment. ic.row connects your phone or tablet and to a Concept 2 indoor rowing machine (PM5 required).

You can row through a variety of virtual worlds or race in our community challenges.

All levels are welcome to our challenges. Go for the win or use the different distances as goals to improve your endurance and strength.

Rowing should be fun. Chase down the ic.row ducks calibrated to challenge you throughout your entire row.
